A review of the essentials. This workshop is designed to bring you up to speed on completing commercial and investment financial analysis. It includes using the Hewlett Packard 10BII financial calculator to solve financial problems (you will need to bring one to this class). Topics include understanding the three cash flows of any investment, the six functions of a dollar and the measurements of cash on cash, IRR, present value and net present value. If you are new to financial analysis or a veteran and want a refresher, this session is perfect for you. Pending 3 Hours Real Estate Related CE; 3 Hours Elective PL.
